Hand-held, personal breath alcohol tester, which is designed to measure an individual’s blood alcohol concentration at one point in time. The subject should exhale firmly into the mouthpiece to being testing for approximately six seconds or until the audio tone stops, then the electronic signal produced by an individual’s breath alcohol is converted into a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) level.
