Shell made of green high-density polyethylene (GHDPE), a plant-derived plastic that has the benefit of cutting carbon emissions and reducing atmospheric CO2, with Fas-Trac III suspension system working together as a protection system. Certified USDA Biobased (>95% biobased shell). MSA V-Gard GREEN caps and helmets meet or exceed all applicable requirements for a Type I (top impact) helmet as outlined in ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014, Class E and CSA Z94.1-2005. MSA V-Gard GREEN caps and helmets are not specifically designed to protect against lateral blows from the front, side, or rear. Available in size: standard (6½ - 8).
