Tankatite 440 provides a reliable seal for tank lids, main hatches, and cleaning covers on tankers carrying all known bulk liquid cargoes in all IMO classes. It will protect the cargo from sea-water ingress and prevent any environmental contamination by the cargo itself. Tankatite 440 meets U.S. Coast Guard requirements for tank lid sealing of hazardous cargoes and is pressure tight beyond Lloyds and Det Norske Veritas (DNV) test criteria.
